Love, Love, Love how these turned out.  And no, I don’t normally do family pictures, but these girls are off to a fresh start in their life, and I just wanted to capture something at the beginning of this journey of theirs. All of them are so comfortable in front of the camera, it really makes my job just that much easier. And I love that they love each other so much, and it shows. They have such an awesome road ahead of them, and I can’t wait to see where it takes them, and hopefully documenting those milestones along the way. 🙂

Today has been a long drawn out battle with my computer, and I finally won! I had updated software a little bit ago, and ever since then.. the colors were way off in my editing programs. Makes my job much harder than it should be!  But today, the war is over. There was some update that didn’t load with the rest, and as luck would have it, it was a vital piece. So thankfully it seems things are back up and running as they should be, and now all my pictures won’t come out looking like they spent way to long in the tanning beds. Yay!!!

But enough about that. Want to see some rockin images?   I don’t normally get the older kids, but I was more than thrilled for this shoot. This absolutely beautiful young lady is wanting to get into modeling, and needed some images to put in her portfolio and on her comp card. Not a chance I would let that pass me by!  Gorgeous, right?!   And that skin? Not a single touch up.. really. It’s that perfect in real life. Along with her amazing eyes.  That is NOT what I looked like at that age!!  I think my camera had a small crush on her.  🙂 pinimage pinimage pinimage pinimage pinimage

I can’t believe I am just now posting these, as I’ve had these beautiful images sitting here on my computer for weeks now. In fact, I’m already delivering the pictures to her mom. But I had to share this adorable little girl with you all! I loved the outfits her mom bought for her, and loved the fact that she didn’t want anything to do with the cute little bows we tried to put in her hair. 🙂 She was nearly 9 months old, and pulling up like a pro, which adds another fun dynamic!  But really, everyone was so sweet, I enjoyed the social morning as much as the pictures.  Such a fun, girlie morning!

Sherry Brindle - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE PICTURES! Such a fun day!ReplyCancel

This is one of those shoots that I absolutely fell in love with the images after. Really.  I loved shooting his newborn images, but his 4 month shoot left me wanting more. 🙂  Those eyes are gonna be a killer when he gets older. Not to mention the adorable hair on this little guy, which amazingly hadn’t changed a a bit in the 4 months!  He was so full of smiles, and really tried his hardest to hold his head up like a big boy. Such a doll!  And you can tell he is so loved by his family, it just makes you realize what an amazing place this world is. Families rock!

Okay, so this one has been a long time coming. I shot this cute little guy here in Alpharetta before I left for Paris France for the summer. His mom was so awesome to wait until I got back from our summer abroad before catching any glimpse of her little sweetie. And when you want to see a kid that moves.. this is him! He wasn’t bad at all, and by all means was happy the entire time… but his feet never stopped moving! It also provided us with an impromtu shoot outside, since we were running out of floor space inside. Sometimes the best things aren’t planned, and although I think we were all sweating by the end of it, it was Totally worth it! 🙂 Thanks for being so patient, you guys are such a blast!!

To all those Fathers out there, I hope you have a wonderful day! 🙂

I can’t even begin to tell you how much my dad means to me. I have looked up to him in so many ways, and deep down inside have always been daddy’s little girl (although I probably made him rethink the parenting idea on more than one occasion!). And now, watching that same admiration in my little girls eyes as they look at the amazing man I am married to, brings everything into full circle. Maybe that’s why, when my mom sent me this photo she found, I couldn’t help but cry. The look in my eyes as a little girl is exactly what I see in my girls eyes now. And the love of a dad is so evident. I don’t know that I would have appreciated any of this quite the same, until I had girls of my own. But now, wow! This will be one of those photographs I will always treasure. Dad’s really are the best and I’m so thankful for all the amazing dads in my life. My grandpas, my dad, my father in law, and of course my amazing husband. I love you all so much! Happy Fathers Day!
