Okay, these are some seriously beautiful little girls here (which from meeting the mom you know they got a lot of that from her!). And I tell you, I didn’t think I got a single image of these two cuties together. The oldest was more than willing to maul the younger, but the little one didn’t want big sister anywhere near! So here’s the proof. I got one! And I don’t know what it is about that last image, but man I love it. I wish I had one of my girls like that. *sigh*

Ah, this little guys is just as busy as he was the first time I met him last December! That’s the one thing you can usually count on with kids. A year later they may look a little older, but they are really still the same! And I tell you, he has to have some of the nicest parents ever. I could hang out with them both any day. Actually, I could say that about nearly all of the parents I work with. How have I been so lucky to get such good groups coming in my doors?! Thank you for that!! So on to this nice sunny shoot which I’ll post on this grey and rainy day. Maybe we could all use a little more sunshine this time of year!

I am beyond in love with little sweetie. And I hope she knows how much. See, I got slobbered on, all over, by this big dog.. just to get her to smile.  Didn’t even see it coming, and there he was all up in my face. Totally disgusting (I actually had to wipe the back of the camera off he got it and me so well). I will have to say, it was worth it though… because she’s one tough cookie to crack. All she wanted to do was go and play with the other kids. Little Miss Serious finally broke and gave us some darling smiles. 🙂  Hope little Abby has a wonderful Christmas. I know it’s not her first, but it’ll be the first that she’ll actually get it all. Those are my favorite ones!

Kim - You rock! You know how to capture the “Abby” we know and love:)) Thank you for making such beautiful pictures for us!!!!ReplyCancel

Okay, if you follow me on fb, then you know I was editing a “ridiculously good looking brood” as I so eloquently put it. Well, here they are. Mom and dad jumped in there for a few shots, and I am so glad they did.  I mean, really? And Yeji, that girl could talk your ear off, flirt with the camera, and give you the most amazing smile, all while being super shy. Simply put, I absolutely fell in love with her!

becki - Ridiculous is a really hard word to spell, but it was totally accurate! They are beautiful. Fantastic.ReplyCancel

Okay, so I don’t normally get to venture into this world, the grown-up world of engagements. But I got to this time, and get this, I actually liked it! 🙂 Kelley reminded me of two of my brothers combined, so that was comic relief for me, and a little bit of home. And Jennifer has to be just one of the sweetest girls, EVER! For this shoot we ventured down to Old Roswell Mill, where there was some amazing lighting that morning, giving these awesome rays of light falling all over them. So pretty! And despite yet another freezing cold morning (yea, that light makes it look all warm and toasty, doesn’t it?!), we survived, and have some awesome photos to show for it! Congrats you two!!

Brooklyn - I LOVE the one with the sun rays coming down. You freaking rock.ReplyCancel

So you wouldn’t know it, since I’ve been a little quiet over here for this time of year, but it’s only because I’m trying to crank out photos for all those wanting pictures in time for the holidays!   For this session I got to drive up into the wilderness of North Georgia, to Pooles Mill park. It was a freezing cold, yet beautiful morning.  The kids were really good, (despite the cold and one not feeling well), and of course, being boys… the water was what they liked the best. And I’m telling you…  they really loved the water. Their mom and I were absolutely freezing, and there they were, putting their hands in water pulling out rocks. I couldn’t believe it!   I think the highlight of the day however was when mom caught a spider, and dangled it over my head to get the little one to smile for us. Hey, whatever it takes! Right?!  🙂
